JOB/ROLE PURPOSE

To receipt all consignments and deliver/despatch equipment delivered to/from the Perth Service Centre (PSC). Complete and co-ordinate all deliveries from PSC.

PRINCIPAL TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Co-ordinate the receipt of all major consignments to ensure the correct service levels are achieved. Organise consignments into first in first out order, except where customer officer or contracts requires Fast Tracking.

•Segregate all SPC, SKIOS and other major Contracts’ consignments and drive through the department to meet the GTAT

•Segregate and control all quarantine, fault investigation and warranty items.

•Ensure all documentation is complete prior to the Articles being packed and despatched to the Vendor for repair and to Customers post repair.

•Administrative duties including processing of consignment documentation on SAP

•Book all MILEX Special to Type Containers into SAP and raise documentation to send for Survey and Refurbishment to Sub Contract and organise movement.

•Organise transport for the movement of all Assets moving from the Customer Asset Centre.

•Complete physical stock check of all consignments within any store under Customer Service control worldwide.

•Complete Health, Safety and Environment audits and general house keeping duties.

•Carry out other administrative and general duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS / KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES

•Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative. Dealing with Inspectors, Suppliers and Vendors.

•Forklift licence trained plus current driving licence. Health & Safety aware.

•Basic IT skills plus SAP conversant.

•Understanding of Fault Investigation and Quality and Warehouse Systems.
